A Paris Inward experience…
Your Paris Inward experience begins with a special welcome package mailed to your home upon registration! Enjoy hand-selected, high-quality items including a stunning, oxblood-colored journal with a ribbon bookmark, a signature black zipper tote, themed reading materials, and an exclusive invitation to attend our virtual welcome.
At the virtual welcome, you’ll connect with your guides in advance of the retreat. In addition to meeting Johnny & Heidi, you’ll get to know other travelers in your small group. We’ll ease into the specifics of your curated experiences and you’ll be able to ask any questions about your itinerary so you’re relaxed and ready to travel!

Remember, the best part of a Paris Inward retreat is that you have access to French-speaking guides when needed. While your retreat is 100% English-speaking, it’s important you know we’re here when you need us—this includes help with your planning. You’ll never be without recommendations for free-time and, likewise, you’re not required to attend every event should you become immersed in something spontaneous and special along the way. Day 1
After settling in, immerse yourself in the decadence you deserve at a high tea with plenty of time to talk over tea cakes and get into a book club discussion centered around The Cassatt Sisters. Later, you’ll see the storied sights of Paris by boat at a sunset cruise with a champagne toast. And, to round out a perfect first day, you’ll sit down to a special welcome dinner; you always get to order what you would like—never pre-selected menus—and beverages and desserts are always included!
Day 2
Ease into the morning with an inspiring visit to see the world’s leading collection of Monet’s work alongside iconic impressionist masterpieces at your leisure; enjoy lunch on your own and a free afternoon or, go with your guides as part of an optional visit to the Palais Garnier to enjoy a self-guided tour of the opera house. Meet up in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Paris to enjoy a traditionally French dinner with drinks and desserts! Finally, step out for an evening of jazz!
Day 3
Sink into a morning beverage at a beautiful cafe on Île Saint-Louis. Explore the island with purpose as part of an introspective activity; reflect on the river. Attend an afternoon wine and cheese paring in the secret tasting room of a wonderful French sommelier. Next, enjoy a free afternoon or, go with a guide on an optional visit to explore Montmartre Cemetery and see the tomb of Edgar Degas, a key personage in The Cassatt Sisters. Celebrate your reset with a farewell dinner, drinks, and dessert!

Farewell Dinner Celebration
You’re in for a treat at our closing dinner. Help yourself to hand-prepared pasta, pizzas, and delicious truffle-infused dishes at a welcoming Italian hub in the seventeenth arrondissement. Don’t forget to save room for dessert. We recommend their tiramisu: scooped to order from a chilled dish!
